Current Research:

In the Chen Lab we study how behavior-relevant information is processed throughout the neocortex. In particular, I am investigating how genetic programs drive the development of somatosensory circuits and contribute to normal behavior. Additionally, I am building a genome engineering tool that can be incorporated in vivo to help us better understand these circuits.
