Where are you from?
Hebron, CT
What is your major and why did you choose it?
I am a biology major; I chose this major because I am on the pre-dental track, but science has also always been my favorite subject. I took different science courses in high school and biology was the most interesting to me so it was the perfect fit.
What’s your favorite Biology course & why?
My favorite biology course so far has been BI 203, which is cell biology. Although it was quite rigorous, I enjoyed learning about the specific concepts behind different biological processes that happen in our bodies.
What extracurricular activities are you involved with?
I am a part of the pre-dental society, biology peer mentor program, oral health advocacy, and ASBMB.
What’s your favorite dining spot around campus?
Marciano Commons!
What’s one BU tip you wish you knew sooner?
I wish I knew that I wasn’t alone in this journey. There are so many great resources on campus that you can utilize to help with your college journey. For example, I wish I knew to go to office hours sooner because it is a great way to connect with professors, especially when you’re in a lecture with 200 other people.
What are your post-graduation plans?
I am planning on going to dental school after graduation.
