Instructions for Oral Presenters
The seminar room will be equipped with an LCD projector, a screen and a laser pointer. Please note that an overhead projector will not be available and that you must bring your own computer. Presentations are scheduled for thirty minutes, which includes presentation, time for discussion and time to change speakers.
Instructions for Poster Presenters
The size of the cork boards is four by six feet. Push pins will be available for your use. Posters must be in place before the poster session starts. Boards will be numbered in the upper left corner. Your assigned poster number, day and time will be listed on the Poster Session page on the Program prior to the symposium.
All posters must be disassembled before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26th. Posters not taken by this time will be discarded.
