Nicole Prudent, M.D.

Nicole Prudent is a pediatrician with a Masters in Public Health. She co-founded and co-directs the Haitian Institute at Boston Medical Center, BU's teaching hospital, and is affiliated with the Haitian American Public Health Initiative. She is often referred to by her colleagues as a "health activist." She is one of the experts on the Minority Women's Health Panel of the U.S. Public Health Service's Office on Women's Health. Members were selected from a nationwide nomination process, and include some of the nation's leading doctors, administrators, government officials, and state directors.
