Absence Request Policy

Absence Request Procedure

Absence Request Forms are to be filled out online. In the event of a foreseeable absence, please follow these instructions:

 

1. Go to http://www.bu.edu/cfa/music/resources

2. Click on Music Student Resources

3. Log in with your BU name and password

4. Under MU650 Resources/Ensemble Resources click on Absence Requests

5. Choose the correct month and date of your anticipated absence and click on 3:00 PM

6. Fill out the form and click on Make Appointment

*Please note this is only a request. You will be notified if/when your absence and substitute have been approved.
