How to Audition/Participate:
Step 1: Prepare the required audition materials
Read the audition requirements. (Requires free Adobe Acrobat Reader) As part of the audition, you will be asked to prepare the following excerpts:

- Bass Clarinet
- Alto Sax
- Tenor Sax
- Bari Sax

- Trumpet
- Trombone
- Euphonium Bass Clef
- Tuba
- *Timpani
- *Snare

*Percussionists should be prepared to play timpani and snare parts.
Step 2: Schedule your audition
We will be holding auditions for the Concert Band during the first week of classes in the Fall of 2007. Schedule your audition.
Step 3: Register for the appropriate courses
Upon placement into the ensemble, register for the following sections:
Course Number: CFA MU 092
Credits: 0.0
You must register for this section regardless of whether or not you are participating in the ensemble for credit.
Course Number: CFA MU 192
Credits: 1.0
Register for this section to receive credit for participation in the ensemble. You must also register for the non-credit section.
