As the Center Administrator at CARE, I provide administrative and research management support, including managing grant and regulatory activities, human subjects research compliance, lab facilities, media relations, and personnel.

I was born and raised in rural Vermont and attended the University of New England for college, in Biddeford, Maine. After earning a Masters degree in Cell Biology from the University of Vermont, I moved to St. Louis. I got a job at Washington University in St. Louis, where I first entered the world of Autism research, working for Dr. John Pruett.

My husband and I got married, found new jobs in the Boston area, and moved all in one crazy month a few years ago and are still thrilled with how it all turned out. We are glad to have landed back in the Northeast, although we enjoyed the mild season St. Louisans call “winter”, and miss it, especially in February. I like most things, but especially running, eating, and reading, preferably in that order.
