On behalf of Boston University's School of Hospitality Administration
(SHA), the Boston Irish Tourism Association (BITA), Hotel Commonwealth,
Tourism Ireland, American Airlines, Tourism Massachusetts, Boston
magazine, and Costa Fruit & Produce Co., thank you for supporting the
gala in its first year. This gathering of master and celebrity chefs
from Ireland and Boston showcased the finest culinary offerings from
