FOR STUDENTS ENROLLED AT AN ASOR-MEMBER SCHOOL: Please contact ASOR Member and Subscriber Services at asormemb@bu.edu or call 617-358-4376 in order to receive this registration rate.

REFUND POLICY: All refunds must be requested in writing by November 2, 2009. A $35 administrative fee will be assessed per registration. No refunds will be given on the student or spouse/partner fees. Refunds may be processed after the meeting and will be issued by February 10, 2010.

 

Registration Desk On-Site
The ASOR registration desk will be located at the Astor Crowne hotel at a location TBD. All those pre-registered should come to the ASOR registration desk to pick up their nametag and the final meeting program (which will include the abstract book).

Registration desk hours will be:
Wednesday, Nov. 18: 4:00pm to 9:00pm
Thursday, Nov. 19: 7:00am to 5:00pm
Friday, Nov. 20: 7:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday, Nov. 21: 8:00am to 4:00pm
