American Airlines is offering special rates which provide a 5% discount off most published round-trip fares. This discount will be available for attendees arriving and departing between November 15 and November 24.
To take advantage of this discount, please follow these instructions:
- Call American Airlines Meeting Services desk at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada, Monday-Sunday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM CST. You can also book online by visiting: www.AA.com. Finally, you can have your travel agent call American’s toll-free number to obtain this same advantage for you.

- Please note that there will be a $20 USD service fee collected per ticket if flights are booked via the phone or $30 USD for tickets purchased at the airport. These amounts are subject to change. At this time, bookings via the internet are free of charge.

Continental Airlines is offering discounts off published fares of 2% to 15% or Zone Fares.

Avis is offering a 10% discount on car rentals for ASOR Annual Meeting attendees. The specific Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) code for the ASOR Annual Meeting is G028281. Airport Shuttle is the Official Ground Transportation provider for the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and is offering ASOR attendees a $2.00 per person discount on all round trip tickets booked online through their website.
