Aimin Yan's teaching and research interests lie in the areas of international joint ventures, global alliances and competitiveness, organizational designs in emerging markets, and organizational development and evolution. He has published widely in leading journals, including the Academy of Management Review, Human Relations, Journal of International Management and Journal of Management Studies. He authored a number of books as well as received numerous research awards. Professor Yan is an editor at Journal of International Management Journal of Management and Organization and Harvard Business Review (Chinese Edition).
