Associate Professor of History
Professor Payaslian is holder of the Charles K. and Elisabeth M. Kenosian Chair in Modern Armenian History and Literature at Boston University. Among his publications are The History of Armenia (2007) and International Political Economy (co-authored with Frederic S. Pearson, 1999; Chinese translation, Peking University Press, 2006). His research interests include Armenia?s relations with the neighboring countries, the former Soviet Baltic and Central Asian republics, the European Union, and the United States.
