Jay Corrin's primary areas of interest include religion and politics, especially the influence of Catholicism on political thought and actions; and Asian history. His most recent publications include Catholic Intellectuals and the Challenge of Democracy (2002) and Modernization and Revolution in China: From the Opium Wars to World Power, with June Grasso and Michael Kort (2004).
