Come mark the 250th anniversary of Universalist theology in the United States with a dinner and mini-class with historian Daniel McKanan (Harvard Divinity School). The topic will be mid-20th century Universalism, exploring the legacy of Howard Thurman and the merger between the Unitarian and Universalist denominations in 1961. Optional tour of Marsh Chapel at 5pm, with Br. Lawrence Whitney. Meet in Marsh lobby. The mini-class and dinner are from 5:30-7:30pm in STH B23.
