A French and American discussion on the role of new technologies and AI in our society with academics, philosophers and artists. Can AI fulfill voids that earlier technologies have created? Will it change what it means to be fulfilled? Be the instrument of our spiritual fulfillment and deeper happiness? Or will it lead to even more severe psychological and interactional problems? As we hurtle into a new era of AI-influenced lives, we need the tools of philosophy, art and aesthetics, ethical analysis, and empirical studies to help us steer away from the harmful consequences of AI, but draw on the great powers it has for progress on every frontier. Join American and French philosophers in a conversation about how AI shapes our understanding. Please register online at https://www.hubweek.org/.
