  1. Paul Francisco continues to lead in this area of vital need. He was a captain on the ’93 Terrier football squad that was 11-0 in the regular season in his senior year. On that team he was a big factor of the social glue that held that special team together. His grace and humanity instructs us all. Beyond his physical strength and stature, his easy-going and soft-spoken manner may at first obscure his inner strength. Not only is he a role model for black and brown youth in an environment (business) where there are too few, but he a tireless advocate for representation and equality in our companies and board rooms. Thanks for this feature on Paul’s work!
