  1. I came to the emergency room at Boston Medical Center I’m going to ask for my health insurance I thought that’s what I was patient that was diagnosed with covid-19 I came to this location from the emergency room at East Newton Pavilion where I gave my belongings to security they gave me a sticker and my wrist band to put on my private property I forgot a charger to my cell phone and went downstairs to go into my property the security at the front desk brought my property to me from behind a closed door where he went into my back not in front of my possession to take my charger out of my back that’s a policy that should not take place covid-19 or not to go into a person’s personal property not in front of them should be the same way as if you were at a hospital with security told me this was not a hospital this was a homeless shelter
