  1. From my personal experience, staying completely away from social media gave me true happiness. If I were to give one powerful advice on how to protect your privacy and be mentally healthy, it would be to quit or not to sign up for any social media. Numerous credible studies support my claim. Of course, everyone has the freedom to choose how to spend their time. But before you post the next photo on Instagram, sharing a live story on Snapchat, or scroll through the Facebook feed, think about the possible dangers it can pose on your privacy and mental health. Many of think social media harmless and go on it “unconsciously” when the truth is exactly the opposite.

  2. This was a fascinating article and an important debate to continue….but being a longtime follower of Arlin’s vlogs- I’d like to say that Arlin’s message is very misrepresented in this report. If one takes the time to watch an overview of the videos- not just the most viewed…. there is a consistent message of spreading genuine goodwill, positive attitudes, health upbeat music, learning, reading and making the most of ones precious time on earth.Cool cinematography and smart editing!!! I notice in his worldwide following that fellow fans comment how Arlin has helped them wake up in the morning happy and ready to take on the challenges of each day…… that’s why I watch
