It’s the second week of school and if you’re a freshman, chances are you’re still figuring out how to get around campus, navigate the T, and the best places for a late night snack. But one of the biggest challenges is learning how to live with that relative stranger you’re suddenly sharing a tiny space with. We reached out to some upperclassmen and asked them for advice on how to negotiate life with a roommate. One valuable tip: Don’t leave food out—the repercussions will not be pleasant.
