  1. I was fortunate to have known Brian when he was in 8th grade at Singapore American School. I remember him as a kind, quiet, intelligent, and athletic young man. It was a pleasure teaching him physical education and getting to see him interact with his peers and teachers in a respectful and mature way. He will be missed at SAS and mourned by many. My condolences to the Weber family.

  2. Deepest sympathy and condolences to the Webber family. Brian was a wonderful young man. Smart, fun, handsome, a great friend. He will be very missed. His time was short yet he lived it fully. Rest in peace Brian. Love, The Sochi’s

  3. A smile and a chuckle, a pencil, a complement, a deep mind, yet so much more than just that, Brian…

I’m truly sorry for the loss of his loved ones and friends. I didn’t know him as well as I wish I did now but he seemed like a great person.
