  1. Shouldn’t the fact that the students are pursuing graduate degrees in the College of Communication mean that they are already proficient in English? Is it fair to give only Chinese-speaking students this special opportunity when there are many foreign students from all around the world that face similar challenges?

    1. … because heaven forbid we try this out with one (substantial)population to see how well it goes before deciding whether to expand it to other groups. Is that what you mean, Anonymous at 10:29 a.m.?
