A specialist in the history of photography, she worked as a project consultant for the Polaroid Collections in Cambridge, Massachusetts and was Assistant Director of the Fahey/Klein Gallery in Los Angeles from 1988-1991. She has taught the history of photography in California and Massachusetts since 1994. Rebekah Lamb has been named Assistant Director of the Boston University Art Gallery. She received her Masters of Science in Arts Administration from MET College at Boston University in 2000. During her training, she worked as the Development Coordinator for the Boston University College of Fine Arts. Lamb has developed and completed numerous projects for the gallery over the past year including a new web site and an e-newsletter, which have successfully resulted in more streamlined and cost effective communications with gallery constituents. Lamb has also increased the Gallery’s contributed income through her grant writing efforts, and facilitated the planning and execution of numerous other projects by identifying and implementing new technology needs.
