New Childbirth and Primary Caregiver Workload Reduction Policy

Boston University has a new policy to help professorial faculty, lecturers and instructors who add a child to the family by childbirth, adoption, foster care, guardianship or legal custody and who are the primary caregiver of the new child. It is designed to ease the transition for new parenting situations.  The workload reduction options are gender-blind, and give considerable flexibility to parents..
