Kenya

The Republic of Kenya is located in eastern Africa, bordering the Indian Ocean, between Somalia and Tanzania and is home to over 31.6 million people. The people of Kenya elect a president every five years by popular vote. The president-elect appoints a vice-president to serve under him. President Mwai Kibaki has served as chief of state and head of government since December 30,2002.
