About Professor Beaudry

Mary Beaudry was a historical archaeologist who works in the eastern United States and Caribbean. Her research has been supported and recognized by the National Endowment for the Humanities Fellowship for Advanced Study at the Winterthur Museum, (Winterthur, Delaware), by the Henderson Senior Fellowship, Boston University Center for the Humanities,, as well as by the J. C. Harrington Award and Medal in Historical Archaeology, presented by the Society for Historical Archaeology for “life-time contributions and dedication to the Historical Archaeology.” She was a member of the editorial advisory boards of Antiquaries Journal, Post-Medieval Archaeology, Vestigios: Revista Latinoamericana de Arqueologia Historica, Public Archaeology and the Journal of Contemporary Archaeology.
