Research Project Manager

Sc.D. 2003 Therapeutic Studies, Occupational Therapy Program, Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Boston University

As Project Manager for the STAART Child and Family Project and a certified occupational therapist, I oversee the project's activities and participate in the assessment of the diagnostic status and developmental skills of the children as well as the interviews with parents participating in our research project. As the study progresses, I will be involved in the analysis of the child and family data and the preparation of the findings for research articles.

I have practiced for many years with young children and their families in early intervention, early childhood education, and outpatient rehabilitation programs. My area of interest in research is to better understand the process by which children are guided to participate within their family routines, educational settings, and community activities.
