My main research areas are functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging; physiology, anatomy and organization of human visual cortex and the different imaging techniques applications in neurology and neuropsychology, with special interest in neurodevelopmental disorders. I am the principal investigator for the “Brain Mechanisms in Visual Social Cognition in Autism and Williams Syndrome” research project and am collaborating with the Lab on the autism program project as an investigator on the “Neuroimaging of Language and Social Communication in Autism and SLI” study.
