Project Manager, MIRAGE Study

Background

Michael Wake completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Rochester in Brain and Cognitive Sciences. He received his first Master's degree from Boston University, and is currently completing a second Master's degree at the BU school of Public Health. Mr. Wake joined the Alzheimer's Disease Center at Boston University School of Medicine in August 2006.

ADC Role

Michael serves as the Project Manager for MIRAGE, a 15 year-old, federally funded, multi-site study investigating genetic and non-genetic risk factors for Alzheimer's disease.

Research Interests

Michael is primary focused on thorough data management to ensure high-quality data collection, tracking, and follow-up from all sources involved in this multi-site international study.
