Background
Sarah Wong completed her undergraduate degree in bio-psychology at Tufts University in May 2006. Sarah worked at the Alzheimer's Disease Center between May 2005 and August 2006. She is presently a medical student at Tufts University School of Medicine.
ADC Role
Sarah participated in the clinical research externship program at the ADC. In this role, she served as a research assistant to Dr. Angela Jefferson for the ADMIRE study, which examines decision making abilities among individuals with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Sarah's responsibilities included data collection (i.e., neuropsychological assessment), management, and analysis. She also assisted with grant, presentation, and manuscript preparation.
Research Interests
During her externship, Sarah co-authored two manuscripts with Dr. Angela Jefferson that focus on methodological issues related to neuropsychological assessment. Sarah also co-presented several poster and paper presentations at international research meetings.
