Background
Kelsey Smith completed her undergraduate degree at Simmons College, majoring in Psychobiology with a concentration in Neurobiology. She plans on being a research assistant for one to two years before applying to graduate programs in either Research in Psychology or Neuroscience. She joined the Alzheimer’s Disease Center at the Boston University School of Medicine in June 2007.
ADC Role
At the ADC Kelsey was involved in the Clinical Neuropsychology Externship Program assisting on the HOPE study. She acted as an administrative assistant, helping with recruitment for the study, and trained to administer the neuropsychological assessment. She was excited to work in a clinical research environment.
