Background
Winston Chung is currently a medical student at Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM). His background includes a BA in Economics from Pomona College, and a brief two-year stint in the field of litigation consulting, specializing in insurance recovery cases. After deciding to pursue a career in medicine, he obtained a Post-Baccalaureate Premedical Certificate from Columbia University and pursued research in schizophrenia at the Columbia University School of Medicine, and in circadian rhythm at The Rockefeller University.
ADC Role
Winston Chung originally worked with the ADC as a Summer Research Scholar after receiving a grant from BUSM during the summer of 2006. During a leave of absence, he served as a data analyst for the REVEAL Study, before returning to the BUSM program in fall 2007.
Research Interests
For the REVEAL Study, Winston was primarily interested in looking at the factors that contributed to unfavorable outcomes in the REVEAL II study participants.
