Background

Ms. Semiatin completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis. She is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Psychology at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.

ADC role

Ms. Semiatin is currently the study coordinator on a newly funded study (CARE-Plus) designed to increase self efficacy in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) caregivers while teaching specific skills to manage disruptive behaviors that their loved one with AD may exhibit.

Research Interests

Ms. Semiatin’s research interests are focused on the development of treatment interventions designed to improve daily living and well being in individuals with neurocognitive disorders and their family members.
