Overview of Services
The GRECC Memory Diagnostic Clinic provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of veterans with memory problems and mild dementia. The qualified team of clinicians consists of neurologists, neuropsychologists, and nurse practitioners who are experts in the diagnosis and treatment of memory disorders. The Memory Diagnostic Clinic provides education and information to patients and their caregivers concerning diagnosis, family planning, and patient care, and also offers interventions for patients and caregivers as appropriate; including individual and family psychoeducation, cognitive rehabilitation, and caregiver groups. In addition, our clinicians provide linkage to community resources for additional care.
