All Alumni
Special discounts are available for you and your family at the Hotel Buckminster and the DoubleTree Suites in Allston. Exclusive room rates start at $179/night for rooms reserved prior to August 19. Space is limited, so please contact the hotels directly and tell them you’re attending BU Alumni Weekend to receive this special rate. Golden Terriers
For Golden Terriers (classes of 1962 and earlier), special arrangements have been made to ensure ease of access to Alumni Weekend festivities. Special discounts are available for you and your family at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge. Rooms are available for September 21 and 22. Standard King or Double rooms start at $199/night (plus taxes). Shuttle service will be provided to and from campus. Space is limited, so reserve your rooms early by booking online or by mentioning our block code “BUGT” when you call 800-233-1234.

Not in Boston? Hop on board! BU is pleased to offer airline discounts specifically for Alumni Weekend guests. If you’re booking with either Delta or American Airlines, make sure to take advantage of this benefit!

American Airlines
- 5% Discount on Discounted/Restricted Fares
To make your reservations please visit www.aa.com/group or call 1-800-433-1790 and use the code: 6992BQ to receive your discount. There is a $25.00 per ticket fee if your reservations are made by phone.
Discount Rates are valid to and from Boston September 19, 2012- September 26. Valid for percentage discount travel from all markets where American Airlines, American Eagle, AmericanConnection Service and all oneworld Alliance Partners (collectively “American Airlines”) provide service. Travel is not valid on codeshare flights operated by Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air. Not valid in conjunction with any other discount. AA must be the governing carrier. The use of American Airlines codeshare requires that one segment of the itinerary be on AA metal. Discount not valid on Zone fares.
