CONNECT FOR SUCCESS

"CONNECT FOR SUCCESS"is an event hosted by the Student Alumni Council for the purpose of connecting students from all schools and colleges to a variety of BU alumni in fields ranging from medicine to real estate to the arts.

Last year 65 alumni attended and 200 students attended. The main purpose of CFS is to give students the opportunity to meet people in the fields that they intend to work in and to give them a chance to ask questions and get to know alumni. This is one of Student Alumni Council's most popular events and we look forward to seeing you there!

DINNER FOR 10 TERRIERS

DINNER FOR 10 TERRIERS is the Student Alumni Council's new dinner series to connect Boston University alumni with current Boston University students. At a dinner for 10, ten BU students are chosen to attend a dinner hosted by an alumnus at either their house or a restaurant. There the students get the opportunity to interact with the alumni in a closer setting and also get the opportunity to meet other BU students who share their interest. So far we've hosted seven dinners and have eight more planned for the spring!

RELAXATION STATION

Relaxation Station is the Student Alumni Council's winter event that gives students the opportunity to relax before finals start!! This is the 2nd year in a row the event has been running and we've had a total of over 60 BU students attend. The event this year was held on the first floor of the GSU and featured FREE massages, acupuncture, belly dancing and yoga lessons, and a variety of other pressure relieving activites!!

 

SAC RECRUITMENT

SAC RECRUITMENT If you love BU and want to get more involved, become a Council member! We are looking for motivated, fun-loving, and creative students to sit on next year¡¯s Council. Members plan all yearly events, including Relaxation Station, Connect for Success, and Dinner for Ten Terriers, attend alumni functions, such as Winterfest, participate in a yearly retreat and enjoy an end of year dinner. Being a Council member will give you a chance to meet students from all schools and colleges, interact with school administrators, and network with alumni.
