To commemorate their fiftieth reunion, the School of Management Class of 1954 created a special fund, made up in large part by estate gifts, to support the work done by SMG professors and students. The result is the Class of ’54 Conference Room in the Executive Leadership Center, on the fourth floor of the School of Management. The rest of the fund will support SMG scholarships. “Boston University is important to me and helped shape the person I have become,” says James Alexiou (SMG’54 CRS’62.), one of the fund participants “I support the University in as many ways as I can. I can’t understand people who don’t give back.”
