Exhibit D – Suggested Structure of Alumni Network Leadership
The most successful Network leadership is a non-hierarchical structure of key volunteers whose vision for the Network aligns with that of the University. This core group of alumni volunteers serves as an advisory committee to the Network’s liaison within the Office of Alumni Relations, offering local insight of what activities, events, programs and venues resonate with alumni in the Network. While there is no uniform size for this core group, it should be reflective of the alumni population and activity level within that Network and involve no fewer than four volunteers (i.e. Latino Alumni Network) and no more than twenty volunteers (i.e. Alumni Network of Greater New York).
