The Seven Deadly Sins of Brand Community “Management”
Presented by Professor Susan M. Fournier
Brand communities have emerged in recent years as promising drivers of value creation and capture for firms. Companies that understand their relationships with brand communities have the opportunity to harness substantial rewards, but many fall victim to the “deadly sins” of omission and commission that plague the community management space. Building from the compelling case study of Harley-Davidson, Professor Fournier will illustrate the magic, the power, and the dangers of communities for the company and the brand.
Each Breakfast Briefing costs $20. Advance reservations are required. For inquiries, please contact smgalum@bu.edu or call 617.353.5618.
