The Committee was formed in year 2000 when Ms Patty Lam, Director Asian Relations approached Chen Ang to form a group of volunteers who will take the initiative and responsibility to create a more vibrant community of Boston University alumni in Singapore. The BUAAS Committee keeps in close contact with the Alumni Relations Office at Boston University and part of our purpose is to also help to host local events for visitors from the University.
