How Can I get an Alumni Card?

To receive or update an expired Alumni Card for Alumni you can either call 800/447-2849 or email alumcard@bu.edu. You can also request a card online.

How do I change my current address?

To change you address you can either email alumclub@bu.edu or call 800/800-3466 ask for extension 2308. You can also update your address online.

When I visit BU where can I park?

Does BU offer health insurance?

When I come to Boston where can I stay?

Does BU offer any opportunities to apply for a credit card?

Boston University has its own Alumni Visa card available through U.S. Bank. This is the only card that supports Boston University's alumni, student and athletic programming. For more information please visit www.bu.edu/alumni/creditcard.

How can I get in touch with old friends?

Unfortunately Boston University is not allowed to disclose alumni addresses, you can mail a letter to our offices and we will gladly forward it on. You can mail these letters to:

How can I get a copy of my BU transcripts?

Official transcripts may be requested in writing at:

What if I need a copy of my diploma?

You must submit a notarized letter requesting a duplicate diploma to the Diploma Office or you call the Diploma Office directly at 617/353-3604.
