The BU Alumni Club of Los Angeles offers you the opportunity to enjoy a variety of social, cultural, and educational events throughout the year. These events offer the chance for alumni from all schools, colleges, and decades to meet, socialize and network.

The variety of our events and programs mirrors the diversity of our membership. Past events have included:

The Boston University Los Angeles Internship Program (BULA) has collaborated with DV411, Inc. to create the first annual benefit event to support the BULA Internship Program. All proceeds will benefit the Writer in Hollywood Scholarship Fund at Boston University.

Alumnus Jason Alexander will host the event along with comedians and fellow alumni Bruce Fine, Elon Gold, Jamie Kaler and Jeffrey Ross.

The evening will also feature:

  • A pre-showcase cocktail party hosted by a cast of prominent alumni including celebrities, studio heads and top entertainment executives.
  • A comedy showcase with some of today’s funniest comedians in the business.
  • The launch of Adobe Media Player from Adobe Systems, Inc.
  • Digital Technology solutions from events sponsors Adobe Systems, Inc., Avid Technology, Inc., AJA Video Systems, G-Technology and others.

Tickets to this exclusive event are $45 and include the cocktail meet and greet and comedy showcase. Tables of six can be purchased for $250 and Tables of 10 for $400. Tickets are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
