Cost: $38.00 ticket, $40 reception

Join Boston University alumni and friends on Saturday, August 18th at 7:30 p.m. for an evening of Opera. Merola's young artists spend eleven weeks honing their skills for this final performance on the stage of the War Memorial Opera House. Six members of this year's Merola Program are Boston University alumni, so come support these young artists and enjoy an evening of opera.

Accompanied by members of the San Francisco Opera Orchestra, and conducted by Merola alumnus Patrick Summers, the concert presents one amazing aria and ensemble after another. As you admire the progress the Merolini have made over the summer, you may well be witnessing the debut of tomorrow's opera luminaries. After the performance, meet the young artists and reminisce about the summer at the Merola Grand Finale Reception. For more information on the Merola Opera program visit, http://sfopera.com/p/?mID=52.

Grande Finale tickets are $38 (Main Floor, Orchestra); the reception is $40 per person.
