The following Scholarships are among those that
have funding priority for Boston University in 2002-2003.
University
Scholarship Endowment Fund. This general scholarship
fund provides scholarship awards to students enrolled
at any school or college of Boston University. Gifts
to this scholarship will benefit students for years
to come, since they also help build the endowment fund.

Upromise.
It's a novel idea: just by buying gas or groceries you
can help send a student to college. Now, alumni and
supporters of Boston University can do just that. The
University and Upromise Inc. have completed an agreement
that allows members of Upromise's college savings service
to contribute all or a portion of those savings to BU's
Upromise Scholarship Fund. Boston University is the
first institution of higher learning to take advantage
of the service.

Legacy for the
Future Campaign Scholarship Fund. This fund
provides much needed scholarship assistance to students
enrolled at the School of Social Work. This fund helps
assist and retain some of the most promising students
in the field. Gifts to this fund will also have a long-term
impact by building the scholarship endowment.

MS•MBA Scholars
Fund. The new MS•MBA program is a 5-semester
program, which grants two degrees, an MS in Information
Services in addition to the classic MBA. This fund provides
a one-semester tuition scholarship award, on the basis
of merit and financial need, to MS•MBA incoming
students at the Graduate School of Management.
