Nomination Deadline: August 15, 2008

The Office of Development and Alumni Relations and the Boston University Alumni Association are pleased to announce the call for nominations for the 2008 Boston University Alumni Awards. The BUA strives to increase recognition of Boston University and our distinguished alumni through the Boston University Alumni Awards.

This year's distinguished awards ceremony will be held in February 2009. Since its inception in 1946, the Boston University Alumni Awards have been the highest honor the BUAA bestows on our alumni. Awardees are honored each year in the presence of alumni, students, families, and guests gathered to celebrate this important tradition.

This year, we will also honor a young alumnus/a that graduated in the years between 1992-2007. The same nomination form may be used for this award category.

The nomination process for the Boston University Alumni Award involves all of us. It encompasses a broad canvassing of alumni, administrators, and faculty. Wide participation is critical to the Alumni Awards selection process.

If you know of an alumna or alumnus whom you feel has made remarkable contributions professionally or as a volunteer, please complete the online nomination form by August 15.
