Please note: for Travel events, all of your event’s SAO paperwork MUST be complete and turned in prior to use of AB funds. If SAO paperwork is incomplete or turned in AFTER the trip, you will not have access to your allocated AB funds.

Travel Request

  • Travel events are all events taking place outside of the I-95 Greater Boston Area. Please fill out this form to submit a travel funding request for review to the Allocations Board. A confirmation receipt of this form submission will be sent to the contact e-mail provided.
  • Cost Breakdown

  • Example: 1. Transportation by bus for 12 students- $240 ($20/person) 2. Lodging for 12 students- $90 ($30/room)
