Judy Karasik
Judy Karasik (author page at Amazon
) is the co-author of a memoir, The Ride
Together (Washington Square Press, 2003), in which alternating
chapters of text (by Ms. Karasik) and comics (by her brother, cartoonist
Paul Karasik), tell the story of growing up with their oldest brother,
who has autism. Her AGNI essay “An Editorial Relationship” will appear as the afterword
to five novels by Edward Whittemore to be reissued in 2002 by Old
