Judith Vollmer

Judith Vollmer (author page at Amazon) lives in Pittsburgh and co-edits the poetry journal 5 AM. Her most recent book of poetry, Reactor, was featured in the Los Angeles Times Book Review and nominated for the National Book Critics Circle Award.  Her other books include The Door Open to the Fire, Black Butterfly, and Level Green. Vollmer’s essay on Baudelaire, “The Stroll and Preparation for Departure,” appears in The Cambridge Companion to Baudelaire. (updated 8/2009)
