Honor Moore
Honor Moore (author page at Amazon) is an American poet, memoirist, and playwright. Her most recent books include The Bishop’s Daughter: A Memoir (W. W. Norton & Company, 2009) a re-issue of The White Blackbird: A Life of the Painter Margarett Sargent by Her Granddaughter (Norton, 2009), Red Shoes (poems), and Poems from the Women's Movement, which she edited. Awards include fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Guggeheim Foundation, as well as an Editors’ Choice Award from The New York Times for The Bishop’s Daughter.
