Dinah Lenney
Dinah Lenney (author page at Amazon
) is the author of Bigger than Life: A Murder, a Memoir and co-authored Acting for Young Actors. Her essays have appeared in The Kenyon Review Online, Water~Stone, AGNI, The Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, and elsewhere. She teaches in the Bennington Writing Seminars, the Rainer Writing Workshop, and the Master of Professional Writing program at USC. A working actor, Lenney—a.k.a. Nurse Shirley on NBC’s ER—was most recently shot in the heart in an episode of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles on Fox. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, her children, and her dogs.
