- Former strength and conditioning coach for the Casper Rockies
(Colorado Rockies Minor League Affiliate) - Former strength and conditioning coach for Bloomsburg University and Nassau Community College
- Developed comprehensive fitness programming for Rick Ferman’s tennis academy – tennis specific testing, periodized programming, and weight room design
- Expert in metabolic cardiovascular testing, posture analysis, orthopedic screening, anthropometric analysis and muscular strength and endurance tests
- Masters degree in Science of Exercise
- Published in peer reviewed journals including Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise and the Journal of Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness.

- Consultant to USA Hockey coach education and mental coach to players skating at youth levels through the NHL
- Doctoral degree in Counseling – Specializing in Sport and Exercise Psychology
- Clinical Assistant Professor in Boston University’s School of Education
- Published nationally and internationally and currently is the Associate Editor of Sport Psychology and Counseling for Athletic Therapy Today
